Went to Cafe Rouge for my DSTA gathering. Located near the High Street Kensington tube station, where is quite near to my house.

The exterior of Cafe Rouge looked pretty decent and inviting especially on a chilly evening. However, that was as much praise it could get as the food turned out to be below my expectation. The medium well steak frites I ordered was quite tasteless except for the creamy mushroom sauce. Although the meal came with a large serving of fries, my hunger was not satisfied. Even with the 1 for 1 discount, I doubt I will return there.
