Ah, my long desire to attempt to bake... So we started with something simple: Banana cake.

It's simply amazing how a cake is made from just flour, butter and sugar. Our banana cake turned out not too bad. The banana taste was slightly subtle and the cake was perhaps a little dense. But, it's a great experience!
