If you ask me to name my top three Japanese food, katsu is definitely one of them. I suppose deep-fried food is easy to get it right, but I still love them as they are. That is probably one thing that Tsuru is good at: katsu and curry. It impressed me with their chicken thigh katsu (London's more about chicken breast) and the curry (which I can never get it right). At 6.35 pounds for their lunch set, it's slightly about the student affordable price range but I cannot say no. One thing though, the wooden spoon didn't go well with me...
