Pearl Liang

D came down to London and we met up for dinner at Pearl Liang. Even though it was my second time at this restaurant in Paddington, I was looking forward to it.

Similar to my previous trip, we ordered the lobster noodles and the roast duck.

Needless to say, the food was splendid. In my opinion, the duck is still the best around London so far. The yam basket was pretty average restaurant standard (not sure why they have celeries on them). For dessert, the fried chrysanthemum custard bun was exquisite in terms of presentation and taste. Ah, a wonderful evening with my jc classmates.
