Swimming

Went swimming after an almost useless session of Economics tutorial (The lecturer told us that the answer to the tutorial question lie in our own discussion...) Anyway, it was my first time swimming in the gym's pool (I've been in London for 2 years !?!) Firstly, the pool wasn't fantastic as it's 25m long and have about five lanes. Each lane consists of two tracks. Basically to swim, one has to swim in track one then to track two, in a anti-clockwise direction. It's like some hamster doing laps... Also, when there are more than three people in the lane, it gets really diffcult to swim. Secondly, I bought a pair of goggles which costs me eight pounds! It says one size fits all but somehow water keeps getting into the goggles unless I tighten it till it hurts. Oh well, tradeoffs...
