Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese
Not too sure about the exact day but I was rushing my group project report and had forgotten to pack dinner. At night, the only food options were the library cafe or some restaurants located 10 mins of walk away. In view of the impending deadline and our grumbling stomachs, we settled for jacket potatoes.
This salvation food came with different toppings such as chili con carne, tuna, cheese, baked beans etc. At 2.50 quid for two toppings, the meal wasn't exactly cheap but it was something to get us by and finally, I could claim that I had eaten the jacket potatoes in Imperial.
