Bugis Street

Hokkien Mee

Oyster omelette

Sago pudding

The group wanted to eat at Chicago's rib shack but the discount was only for two people. In the end, we settled for Bugis Street, which was near the school. Touted as serving Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine, I had high expectations. Of course, with high expectations came high disappointments. The Hokkien mee was okay. The oyster omelette had no kick as it was mostly mashed oyster with omelette. The sago pudding was decent initially but got overwhelming. I don't think I will patronise the place without a valid reason or discount.
