Another Xmas from home. Oh well, not that it was much of a celebration in Singapore. Highlight of the day: Xmas feast! E wanted a formal dinner and so it shall be.
We bought the ingredients a few days ago: Halibut and smoked salmon and even more meat.

To be honest, it was an over-the-top event. We literally took over the kitchen for the the night. From the view of other guests, it must have been quite amusing as we did it in a formal style minus the attire. Much work but much fun. Especially since it's the last Xmas overseas.
